Perfect location, great breakfast, helpful staff, comfortable & spacious rooms with sea view.

Great Breakfast, Amazing Ocean View I loved staying close to the ocean and having an amazing view from my room. the morning breakfast was a standout, with a fantastic selection that gave me enough energy for the entire day. the staff was very friendly and did everything possible to make my stay comfortable. the location is great, with multiple restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity.

Ants in the Room, Room Service Can Be Improved One of the challenges I faced was with ants coming into the room, and it was not pleasant to deal with. the room service needs some improvement with regards to their accuracy of delivery, as some orders were delayed and arrived cold.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right on the beach with stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable. The room amenities were top-notch, including the air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar. I felt completely pampered with the room service and housekeeping services provided.

I highly recommend this hotel to others. The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the beautiful beach.

The hotel had a perfect location, right in front of the beach, which was great for some fun in the sun. the rooms were spacious and had a comfortable bed. the breakfast was good, with plenty of local fruits and pastries to choose from.

The management did not seem to prioritize customer service, which was disappointing.

The reception at King's Flat Hotel was really good. They were hospitable and assisted us with all our transportation needs and tour advice. The staff members, Raissa and Jefferson, spoke both English and Portuguese fluently and made our stay more fun. The location of the hotel was also perfect, right on Ponta Negra beach, with easy access to restaurants and shopping areas. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchenette and two televisions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food, including local specialties and fresh fruit juices. The hotel also had a pool and was only steps away from the beach. I highly recommend King's Flat Hotel for a fantastic stay in Natal.

We enjoyed waking up to the fine sea-view from our comfortable and spacious room with balcony. The staff was friendly and service-minded, and the breakfast was delicious.

Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel. we had a great experience in this city.

Easter weekend was amazing! The ocean view was breathtaking, breakfast was delicious with a variety of local foods, and the spacious rooms offered a comfortable stay for my family.

The pool was on the small side and had limited seating. We also encountered some language barriers with staff members, as not all were fluent in English.
